If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right — whether that means a replacement, exchange, or refund.
30-Day Return Window
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation or receipt)
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened personal care products
- Custom or special-order items
- Gift cards or digital products
- Clearance or final-sale items

How to Start a Return
